才刚搬来民都鲁不到半年的我竟然当上了导游，带着一班台湾朋友到处游玩。这班台湾朋友真友善，它们不停跟我们说：“真是辛苦你们，谢谢！”弄得我也不好意思。看到他们来到这里大买特买真是有点安慰。还担心他们没收获带回台湾。最有趣的是，带他们去当地伊班人的菜巴刹，这菜巴刹也让我打开眼界，看到不少我没看过的东西。真有趣！看到其中有一位朋友还买了四大支的Tongkat Ali ，还真是替他感到高兴。真是大收获！

其实，他们来的目的是来宣传无意识舞蹈，塞斯文化。

这无意识舞蹈能让我们把藏在心里已久的压力发泄出来，那么生活也会轻松点及快乐些。疾病及癌症也远离我们多了。当然，还有很多很多，例如：如何吃的健康，乐观，爱与关怀。。。。。我也不是很懂，还在学习当中。他们热烈的欢迎当晚的来宾。
忠实支持者。
这人在干嘛，无心听课。讲座会完毕，大家来个大合照。笑笑~

I'm totally hate those unconscience business man. They are buring the forest because of "Money" and they don't care about others healthy. Damn it! Last whole week, i was facing the hazy day and the smelly smoke. No mood to work, can't go for out door activity and even i still in my room i can smell the smelly smoke. I want to faint already. What i am hoping is "RAIN". Now i know, why i like raining day so much........

After few weeks, i went to Miri again. This time i saw this. sad......No more green green forest.

Last week, we attended Interact Club Joint Installation Night organiser by 3 secondary school, which were S.M.K Bintulu, S.M.K Bandar and S.M.K Kidurong.

Look at this cute little lady, she was one of the future president. She was just cute like a korean.
Last, we end up with Micheal Jackson's song - Heal the World. What nice song and wonderful night. Althought that was a small function but it made me recall back my secondary school time life - Yok Bin High School Symphonic Band life. Hm......meaningful.....

Recently my mother in law made fruits enzyme. She has made pineapple enzyme, dragon fruit enzyme and papaya enzyme. I drank dragon fruit once, that was my ex- colleague gave me tried, will after i tried it, i felt that was tasty, since that time, i like enzyme. Below are the benefits of drinking enzyme:-

1 Jun 09, we went to Bird Park in Bintulu. This Bird park is so cheap only RM2 per adult.Horn Bill is a bird of Sarawak. It is so beautiful.This is black Horn Bill.This two little ducks is so cute. They keep "Quek! Quek! Quek!" They looks like chatting with each other. It's so interesting.

2 little cute parrot.Do you know in Sarawak there are a lot of crocodile. This shot quite vivid. Not bad! Not bad!Long time never see this beautiful morning glory. I found out one thing since moved to sarawak. I found out i love natural so much. I like green forest, clean river, fresh air and cute animals. During holiday have a picnic at seaside or BBQ near the waterfull. That's really different feeling. End!

I make myself a Bamboo charcoal tuna sandwish. The bread is make with bamboo charcoal, this is the first time i see a bread is black in colour. Dont see it is black, it's so tasty and good for your digestion. Must try it!(^.^)

1st May 2009, I joined Rotary Club, 4x4 club and nurse from Hospital Bintulu to Ulu Sebauh for health & literacy project.

7.40 am, we were on the way to Ulu Sebauh.

Finally, we reached that place.(^.^)

We have to cross over the river with this little sampan.

I was quite scared when i was on the sampan. I scared crocodile. haha....

These students and that old lady are villager in Ulu Sebauh.

This is their school "SK Hermanus Assan" and their Long House. There are only 34 students in this school and there are 60 over family in this long house. Don't see it like that, it is very long o...

This big boat is their glossary shop. Inside sell gas, egg, soft drink, and whatever thing ....
There is no pipe water supplied in this village. They get water from sky, river and underground.

OK, stop playing. We have to finish our mission today. First mission, educated those students the important of hygiene. Second mission, helped those villagers for testing blood pressure and blood test. Third mission, helped them to repair computer and last mission, helped them to rebuilt the bridge.

19 April 2009, my last day in Melaka, after that, i have to move to Sarawak and stay with my husband forever. That day, we were having a family gathering. My second sister and her husband came back too. We have our lunch together and that was more happening than Chinese New Year. Before i leaved Melaka, my mother hug me and she cried......So bad, she made me cried too....

I don't know when we can gathering again, but at least that day was so happy. A_A
